Where do your products come from?
All of our products are handmade to order in small, fresh batches and then delivered directly to your door.
Do you test on animals?
No animals were harmed in the creation of these products. We are pleased to say that we do not test any of our products on animals, nor do we purchase ingredients from companies that animal test either. You can feel good to know that our products are tried and true tested on people! (After all, it’s the people who are using them anyway!)
What payment methods do you accept?
The Blue Box Bath Company accepts all major credit cards via PayPal.
What is your turnaround time?
Our current turnaround times will vary depending on the time of year and the bulk of incoming orders. We always do our very best to get your fresh made products to you in the shortest amount of time possible; however, we do not want to rush and sacrifice the quality or integrity of our product. If you need an order for a birthday, or a special event and need to know how long it will take us to complete your order, please send us an email to inquire about our most current turnaround time.

We ship within the US at the current time, but we are hoping to be able to share our products with the world soon!
Will you ship a gift directly to my recipient?
Absolutely! We love providing this service to our customers! All of our products and orders come gift packaged and ready for yourself, or that special someone. We pride ourselves in having an impressionable presentation. We will even include a personalized card if you like! Just let us know!
What is the shelf life?
Please be aware that most of our products are created with natural, raw, and/or organic ingredients and the shelf life is not the same as mass manufactured products.

What makes your products different from mass retail products?
Our products are made to order– never ahead of time. We do not keep stock on hand of any of our products. When you place an order with us, your order will be handcrafted and customized to your preference and request. We love to create custom blended fragrances for our customers! If you have any special requests, please feel free to contact us!

Can we exchange or return a product if we do not like the scent?
Unfortunately with the nature of our product line and business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsure about a particular scent before you try it, please feel free to reach out to us prior to ordering. We will be happy to assist you in finding a great scent that you will love. If there are any issues with the actual product itself, please contact us and let us know.
